The Products purchased from the Stay Prepared Exchange shall be final. You shall not have the right to (i) return, (ii) replace; and/or (iii) refund the Products under any circumstance whatsoever, save under applicable warranty from the Manufacturer.

This Product shall be strictly for your organisation’s use and in no event shall you be permitted to resell the Products, in whole or in part, to any other person or entity.

Where applicable and/or possible, information on the shelf lives of the products listed on the Stay Prepared Exchange will be made available in the Product descriptions on the individual Product listings on the Stay Prepared Exchange. You agree that T-Pride Pte Ltd does not warrant that the information provided on the shelf lives of the Products will be accurate, current, updated or complete and disclaims and shall not be liable in any way for any damages, losses, liabilities, claims, costs, expenses, demands or actions resulting from your reliance on such information. In any event, the shelf lives indicated by the Product manufacturers or suppliers on the packaging of the Products shall be final and conclusive;
You agree that unless otherwise specified in the Product descriptions on the individual Product listings on the Stay Prepared Exchange, purchases from the Stay Prepared Exchange may not be returned, refunded or replaced. T-Pride Pte Ltd reserves the right to vary or withdraw any return, refund or replacement policy in respect of any Product listed on the Stay Prepared Exchange at any time without notice;
The coverage for any warranties provided by a manufacturer or supplier in respect of a purchased Product, if any, will be extended to you. In such event, the details of such warranties will be provided in the Product descriptions on the individual Product listings on the Stay Prepared Exchange and any remedies for a breach of any such warranties shall be limited to those expressly set out [on the Stay Prepared Exchange OR in the relevant warranty document provided by the manufacturer or supplier]. All claims on such warranties shall be made directly with the respective manufacturer or supplier of the Product.
Delivery fees payable to the 3PL providers are not included in the prices displayed on the Stay Prepared Exchange Product listings.
